Refund Policy

Applications and an eligible first circle under the current launch benefit are free, so there is nothing to refund for those steps.

The optional 25,000 KRW 2-circle pass adds two future circle-start credits after payment is confirmed and is not a recurring subscription.

Refund requests are handled under applicable consumer law and the payment provider’s rules. Before a pass credit is used, contact Make A Circle promptly; after partial use, any supplied service and unused divisible credit will be reviewed separately. If Friends Circle cannot provide a requested circle, the credit will be restored or refunded as appropriate.
