Friends Circle is operated by Make A Circle as a small-group connection experience in Suwon and Gwanggyo.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement in a circle. Matching depends on fit, timing, availability, and operational judgment.

Participants are expected to act respectfully, honestly, and in ways that support a safe small-group environment.

If the service later includes paid participation or optional paid add-ons, separate payment and refund terms will apply before payment is collected.
